The challenge
What needed to change
- The business took orders through direct messages, which stops scaling as order volume grows.
- Customers had to ask for product information one message at a time, and there was no catalog to browse.
- Payments were checked by hand from screenshots.

A warm, editorial storefront that lets customers browse the full collection by category, order with secure online payment, request custom pieces and track their orders — with an admin area for products, orders and inventory.
