Privacy policy

WebNotch Techno is the web design and development studio of Uttam Thapa, based in Mumbai, India. You can contact us about privacy at webnotchtechno26@gmail.com.

Contact form: your name, email address, the type of website you need and your message, plus your business name and phone number if you choose to give them.

Project brief: the same contact details, plus the project information you enter — such as your current website or social profile, project description, goals, features, budget range, timeline and notes.

We do not store your IP address with your enquiry. Our hosting providers may keep standard technical logs, and your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and protect the forms from abuse.

We use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we work together, deliver your project.

When you send a form, we receive an email notification and you receive a confirmation email at the address you gave.

We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing, and we never sell or share them for others to market to you.

Enquiries are stored in a PostgreSQL database run by our hosting provider. We use these service providers: Vercel (website hosting), Render (application and database hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They process data only to provide their service to us.

The public website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this website, not from third parties.

The private admin area uses one strictly necessary, secure session cookie for the site administrator only.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any project that follows. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing webnotchtechno26@gmail.com. We will reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
